Profil Pasien COVID-19 dengan Gangguan Penghidu di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang Periode 1 Januari - 31 Desember 2021

Pendahuluan: Coronavirus disease 2019 atau COVID-19 merupakan wabah penyakit yang mudah menular dan menimbulkan beragam gejala. Gejala tersebut termasuk gangguan penghidu yaitu perubahan dalam kemampuan penghidu yang baru-baru ini dirasakan pasien COVID-19 dan dijadikan salah satu gejala COVID-19 yang patut diwaspadai oleh Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil pasien COVID-19 dengan gangguan penghidu di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif retrospektif dengan jumlah sampel 73 pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19 yang dirawat inap. Penelitian dilakukan di Instalasi Rekam Medis RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang pada bulan Juli – Oktober 2022. Data diambil dari rekam medis dengan metode simple random sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa gangguan penghidu (58,9%) banyak terjadi pada pasien COVID-19. Rentang usia >65 tahun (23,3%) merupakan usia terbanyak dan lebih banyak dialami oleh perempuan (46,5%). Hasil D-dimer yang didapatkan mengalami peningkatan yang tinggi (74,4%) dan pasien banyak yang tidak memiliki komorbiditas (55,8%). Hasil rawatan (outcome) terbanyak yakni sembuh atau perbaikan (76,7%). Kesimpulan: Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pasien COVID-19 banyak yang mengalami gangguan penghidu dengan rentang usia >65 tahun. Proporsi jenis kelamin antara perempuan dan laki-laki tidak jauh berbeda. pasien merupakan perempuan. Kadar D-dimer ditemukan mengalami peningkatan dan banyak pasien yang tidak memiliki komorbiditas serta hasil rawatan terbanyak adalah pasien yang sembuh atau perbaikan.
