About the Journal

Jurnal Otorinolaringologi Kepala dan Leher Indonesia (JOKLI), The Indonesian Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck, is a scientific journal in the field of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck surgery, which undergoes a peer review process and publishes scientific articles in the form of research articles, literature reviews, and case reports in Indonesian and English. 

Published by the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University, for the first time on July 27, 2022, coinciding with World Head and Neck Cancer Day. When it was first published, Dr. dr. Sukri Rahman, Sp.THT-KL(K), FACS, FFSTEd was the Editor in Chief.

JOKLI provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater. It is published once a year in December. Starting in 2026, the JOKLI journal will be published three times a year: April, August, and December.

All articles will be published under the global knowledge exchange under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, with copyright held by each author.
